Questions, answered
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your store goes live without one. You'll only need a card to keep it running after day 30 (and to buy shipping labels).
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you've added a card, nothing changes: your first charge happens on day 30 and you carry on. If you haven't, your storefront goes offline until you add a card. Nothing is deleted — your products, colours and orders are all saved, and you pick up right where you left off.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add it in your dashboard and we'll walk you through verifying it. Until then, you get yourshop.my3d.shop.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, so you can get paid directly. It's free to create and you can connect it during setup.
Which carriers can I ship with?
Rates come from Shippo, which covers the major carriers. Customers see real prices at checkout.
Can local customers collect their order?
Yes. Turn on local pickup and nearby buyers can choose it at checkout. Your address is only shown after payment.
Does it work with Bambu Lab and GIANTARM filament?
Yes. Bambu Lab and GIANTARM colours are already in the library to adopt into your store in a click, and more brands are added regularly.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. Several stores, one login, with a switcher in your dashboard.
Is my data safe?
Every shop's data is isolated at the database level, payments are handled by Stripe, and we never store card details.
